The Process
We read the drawings, note what the lot will and will not allow, and flag anything that needs a revision.
You get a number tied to a written scope. Changes to the plan get priced before they hit the field.
We move the approved set through permitting and onto the site with one contractor running the job.
The house that gets framed is the house on the drawings, with the finish you selected.

We can price from a late-stage set and stay in the loop as sheets get issued. We do not start framing until the scope is locked.
